Your responsibilities

• executing tests for: Normal operation (e.g., SOC/SOH estimation, thermal control), Fault conditions (e.g., sensor failures, overcurrent), Abuse scenarios (e.g., thermal runaway, crash events),
• scheduling and prioritize test activities across multiple benches and subcontractors,
• assigning/outsourcing tasks to lab technicians and ensure proper test setup, execution, and teardown,
• monitorig test progress and intervene in case of delays, equipment issues, or safety concerns,
• reviewing test procedures and ensure alignment with test plans and validation protocols,
• verifying that data acquisition systems are calibrated and functioning correctly,
• performing spot checks on test data and logs to ensure accuracy and completeness,
• planning for future equipment needs based on project pipeline and technology roadmap,
• develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for test execution, safety, and data handling,
• leading lab audits and support documentation for regulatory or customer reviews,
• identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or recurring issues in lab operations and propose improvements,
• leading root cause analysis for test failures or lab incidents,
• supporting test planning by advising on lab capabilities, lead times, and constraints,
• providing feedback on test feasibility, fixture design, and instrumentation requirements.

Our requirements

• hands-on experience with battery testing or lab operations,
• strong organizational and problem-solving skills,
• familiarity with safety protocols and test equipment,
• ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with diverse teams,
• proficiency in tools such as CANalyzer, MATLAB, or similar is a plus,
• very good English command.
