B2B Growth Marketing Manager (Remote)

At Minimum Code we're looking for a driven, hands-on B2B Growth Marketing Manager to join our team!

We are a software development agency that builds custom web applications using Next.js, React, Supabase, Node.js, and TypeScript . We also help clients build applications with Bubble.io when it’s the right fit.

We primarily work with startups and businesses across Europe. Our team consists of 9 people working fully remotely from Austria, the UK, Poland, and Ukraine.

This is a results oriented role. Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified sales opportunities through lead generation, content marketing, outreach, and continuous improvement of our marketing efforts.

What you will do

Growth & Marketing Strategy

  • Plan and improve our overall marketing strategy
  • Identify and test new lead generation opportunities and acquisition channels
  • Track key metrics and improve marketing performance
  • Onboard and manage external or internal specialists where needed

Lead Generation

  • Build lead lists and research target companies
  • Plan and execute warm and cold outreach campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn
  • Generate qualified discovery calls for the sales pipeline
  • Manage and improve outbound prospecting processes

Content Marketing

  • Create and repurpose content for LinkedIn and other channels in collaboration with our designers
  • Turn client projects into case studies, articles, and marketing assets
  • Manage and maintain the content calendar
  • Help strengthen our brand and market positioning

Paid Acquisition & SEO

  • Support and improve SEO initiatives
  • Explore and test Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
  • Work with external specialists when needed
