Clinical Data Coordinator II

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data management plans ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies to enhance data quality across study lifecycle
• Collaborate with clinical operations and biostatistics teams on data management strategies
• Mentor junior coordinators on data reconciliation, coding, and cleaning procedures
• Support study timelines through documentation management, archiving, and investigator site queries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field
• Proven clinical data management experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology
• Proficiency with data management software such as Medidata or Oracle RDC
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines preferred
• Willingness to travel approximately 5% as required
