Join G2A as a Software Engineer and build scalable, modern digital products used by millions of users worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for the frontend side of our solutions from designing and developing intuitive interfaces to delivering high-performance, scalable, and secure user experiences. You will combine technology with real business needs, having an impact not only on how we build our solutions, but above all on what we achieve with them. You will work closely with product, technology, and business teams to jointly design and deliver solutions that address the needs of our users. Your responsibilities will primarily include developing and maintaining the quality of the frontend layer, ensuring its performance, scalability, and compliance with the highest engineering standards. Your responsibilities: Developing, deploying, testing, and continuously improving frontend applications and digital solutions using technologies adopted across the organization. Independently delivering assigned tasks while proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact the product or user experience. Designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and intuitive interfaces, taking into account user needs and business requirements. Deploying new application versions to production and ensuring a smooth and secure release process. Actively participating in code reviews and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering best practices, design patterns, and clean code principles. Monitoring application metrics, analyzing system performance, and responding to emerging anomalies and production issues. Supporting the team in developing scalable and high-performance frontend solutions, particularly through code and user experience optimization. Sharing knowledge of the product, technologies, and application ecosystem, as well as supporting the team in solving complex technical challenges. Applying software testing best practices in accordance with the standards and guidelines established within the organization. Ensuring high software quality throughout the entire lifecycle — from development and testing through deployment to production operations. Writing secure, fault-tolerant, performant, and maintainable code in line with organizational standards. Continuously improving software quality while consciously managing and reducing technical debt. Maintaining high quality standards across the entire application ecosystem and contributing to its continuous development and improvement. You're a perfect match for the role, if: You have at least 3 years of commercial experience in a similar role and strong knowledge of React, JavaScript, Node.js, or TypeScript You are comfortable communicating in English at a minimum B2 level You have experience with and apply CI/CD process automation in practice You can write secure, clear, and maintainable code that follows established standards and engineering best practices You can identify potential issues, respond to them effectively, and implement appropriate corrective actions You are results-oriented and focused on delivering outcomes - you can plan your work, monitor progress, improve processes, and adapt flexibly to changing circumstances You have a growth mindset - you are committed to continuously developing your skills, actively acquiring new knowledge, and sharing it with others in a practical and accessible way You value open and effective communication - you can communicate information clearly, actively listen, and both give and receive constructive feedback You thrive in a team environment, build relationships based on respect, trust, and mutual support, and are open to diverse perspectives and experiences Why is joining us worth it?
