Location: Gdańsk, Poland

Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home office

At NOV, we're building a Talent Acquisition function that helps leaders make better talent decisions across Europe.

We're looking for two Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our European team and support hiring across 11 countries. This is an opportunity to work in an international environment, partner with business leaders, deliver outstanding candidate experiences, and develop into a trusted Talent Advisor.

Whether you've gained your experience in-house, in an agency, or within an RPO environment, we're interested in people who are curious, relationship-focused, and eager to grow.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple European countries.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance.
  • Deliver a high-quality experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Assess and present qualified candidates using structured recruitment practices.
  • Support hiring across professional, operational, and occasional leadership roles.
  • Leverage recruitment technology, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Europe to share best practices and improve recruitment outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in recruitment, either in-house, agency, RPO, or a similar environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Experience recruiting for professional and production roles.
  • Additional language skills relevant to our European markets: Dutch, Norwegian, Danish
  • Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, or AI-enabled recruitment tools.

Within your first 12 months, you will:

  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers across multiple European markets.
  • Successfully manage recruitment processes with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
  • Develop your talent advisory and business partnering capabilities.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Become a valued recruitment partner to both candidates and business stakeholders.
