About the project

Join a team responsible for the development and support of global cryptographic services. In this role, you will work with solutions related to TLS/SSL, SSH, and Venafi, supporting certificate and key management, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving process improvements. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in IT infrastructure who is looking to further develop their expertise in Cryptography & Security.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborating with global teams on cryptographic services and CLM processes
• Supporting TLS/SSL certificate and SSH key management processes
• Troubleshooting certificate generation issues and connectivity problems between Venafi TPP and target servers
• Identifying process gaps and potential risks and proposing appropriate improvements
• Coordinating change implementation in cooperation with vendors and internal IT teams
• Supporting business and technical teams in SSH/TLS key remediation
• Providing cryptography-related consultancy and technical support to internal customers globally
• Handling urgent production issues and supporting the team in resolving complex cases
• Preparing reports, analyzing data, and continuously improving data quality
• Processing requests in ServiceNow in line with agreed SLAs

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cryptography, IT Security, or a related area
• Hands-on experience with Venafi or TLS/SSH certificate and key management processes
• Good understanding of TLS/SSL, SSH, and IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of Python scripting and SQL/MySQL
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Change Management and working with global IT teams and stakeholders
• Very good command of English, with strong communication and documentation skills
