Your responsibilities

Certificate Management

- Handling of A1/Certificate of Coverage (CoC) documents

Invoicing & Financial Processes

- Handle vendor (Tax, relocation services & international insurances) invoicing and monthly statement

- Create Purchase Orders (PO)

Data & Reporting

- Collect compensation data for project workers

- Document management

- Improve A-Pro (Tool for managing international assignments) data quality through validation and updates

Our requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Interest in global mobility, compliance, and HR processes

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Project Workers team. This role offers hands-on experience in global mobility operations, compliance, and data management. The intern will support critical processes related to invoicing, certificate handling (social security exemptions), and data quality improvement including coordination activities.
