Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role: 

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join the BlueBinary team and take the reins of our product’s visual and functional layers. If you want to scale a robust design system and professionalize design processes within the iGaming industry - we’re waiting for you!

Our Expectations:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Understanding of the iGaming industry (experience with CS2/e-sports platforms is highly desirable).
• Experience as a Team Leader or strong leadership competencies.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining extensive Design Systems.
• Ability to facilitate Design Sprints.
• Basic to intermediate frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS; JavaScript is a plus) to better understand implementation and evaluate the technical complexity of your designs.
• Experience in creating high-fidelity prototypes (e.g., animations, component states) that enable smooth development handoffs.
• Deep knowledge of design best practices and creating intuitive RWD (Responsive Web Design) interfaces.
• Experience in analyzing user behavior using Hotjar or Clarity to optimize UX.
• Background in Interaction / Motion Design - designing engaging micro-interactions and animated UI components that elevate product quality.
• Proficiency in creating Low-Fi and High-Fi wireframes and confidence in presenting them to the team.
• Excellent collaboration skills with engineering teams and a solid grasp of development constraints and deployment processes.
• Experience in designing retention and monetization mechanisms based on behavioral models (e.g., Hook Model).
• Fluency in Asana, Figma, and FigJam.
• Familiarity with AI tools and incorporating them into your daily workflow.
