Agriculture & Sustainability Specialist

Responsibilities

• Proactively handle farmers’ inquiries on a daily basis, providing quality, accurate and timely support
• Maintain master data
• Monitor milk quality results and collaborate with other departments and companies (i.e. laboratories, logistics)
• Verify documentation based on established guidelines and standards
• Support administration of quality assurance programs connected with sustainable farming
• Establish a strong relationship and trust with our farmers
• Build our knowledge library and create how-to guides
• Handle ad hoc tasks on a daily basis

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree
• Advanced level of Dutch (B2 speaking and writing)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of individuals
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for building and maintaining relationships
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, and great organizational skills
• Ability to identify process improvements
• Experience in dealing with documentation verification
• Experience with CRM system
• Experience in the customer service field would be a huge advantage
