IT Infrastructure Specialist - Storage SME (NetApp)

Join an international team delivering a strategic enterprise storage infrastructure modernization project. We are looking for an experienced Storage SME who will support the implementation of a new NetApp platform, lead file storage migrations, and help maintain a secure, highly available storage environment. Your responsibilities • Support the implementation and configuration of a new NetApp Storage platform • Plan and execute File Storage migrations between platforms • Administer NetApp environments (CIFS, NFS, MetroCluster) • Prepare and maintain technical and solution documentation • Support Backup, Restore, and Disaster Recovery processes • Troubleshoot and resolve storage infrastructure issues • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Active Directory teams • Ensure file share security, permissions management, and data protection • Support DFS configuration and Active Directory integration Requirements Must have • 5+ years of experience administering NetApp environments • Hands-on experience with NetApp File Storage (CIFS and NFS) • Strong knowledge of Active Directory • Good understanding of Data Center environments • Experience with Disaster Recovery solutions and processes • Experience planning and executing storage migration projects • Professional working proficiency in English Nice to have • NetApp MetroCluster experience • DataDobi StorageMAP • NetBackup DNAS • OPSWAT • Experience with DFS and File Share Security What we offer • The opportunity to work on a large-scale enterprise storage transformation project • Exposure to advanced NetApp technologies in a complex enterprise environment • End-to-end involvement in the project lifecycle, from implementation and migration to post-deployment stabilization • Long-term B2B cooperation until the end of 2026 • An international working environment following the SAFe methodology • Hybrid work with access to offices in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Łódź (up to 3 days per week if required)
