Junior Software Developer

Requirements: Bachelor degree from an engineering school or equivalent university with an IT specialization; Knowledge of Java 17+, JUnit, Mockito; Excellent command of source‑code collaboration tools, particularly Git; Basic knowledge about Continous Integration, network protocol, messaging systems and design patterns; Nice to have: Spring/Quarkus framework, ORM framework (like Hibernate), TypeScript, HTML, Angular 21; Fluent English; Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt quickly; Passionate about new technologies; Willingness and ability to work with local and remote multicultural teams; Constantly seeking for a way to improve your performance and knowledge; Interested in banking payment processing standards. Responsibilities Design and develop a solutions accurately reflecting business requirements and meeting highest code-quality standards (clean code, maintainability, security, performance); Prepare unit and non-regression tests ensuring correctness of developed solutions; Actively participate in meetings providing status updates, raising blockers, and challenging other team members including Business Analysts using possessed technical and business knowledge; Be proactive sharing insights that improve overall quality of the solution; Prepare or update documentation of the project to share the knowledge with other team members; Perform code review of other team members work providing constructive feedback.
