• Proven track record: Experience in recruiting blue-collar workers / skilled tradespeople (especially for international projects).
• Network/Database: Access to your own sourcing channels or a database of European blue-collar contractors is a huge plus.
• Languages: Good knowledge of English (Polish, Romanian, or Ukrainian are a strong plus).
• Business setup: You must be registered as a self-employed professional / freelancer (ФОП / B2B/ JDG ) and able to issue invoices.
• Results-oriented mindset: Ability to work independently and manage your own time
