Department / project description:

The Global Delivery division is responsible for onboarding all new clients onto the client SaaS platform. 

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will work on a variety of client implementations to provide domain expertise in investment accounting, financial markets, and German regulatory reporting / Accounting.

You will be an integral part of a collaborative division spanning Analysts, Team Leads and Program Managers.  

Responsibilities:

• The end-to-end implementation process, which includes communication with a client, migration of their data, setup in the company database, through UAT to go live
  

• Application of acquired skills, procedures, and decision-making best practices to complete a variety of issues 
  

• Build upon your experience and develop personally in your role
  

• Internal and External Communication: Trusted to deliver accurate, timely, and thorough responses to routine inquiries in both written and verbal contexts
  

• Continuous Service Improvement: Identifies opportunities for improvement and spearheads solutions individually/within the role
  

• Use the appropriate terminology when communicating with internal or external parties.
  

• Understanding the portfolio of products offered to the client, including their potential presentation and/or training of external parties in them
  

• Normally follows established procedures on work, requires instructions only on new issues
  

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience
  

• Knowledge of German/French GAAP/ Advanced Investment Accounting is a must
  

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related and analytical field
  

• Experience in financial services (reporting, reconciliation, fund accounting, accounting, general ledger)
  

• Experience working in a project environment
  

• Regulatory reporting experience is nice to have (AMF, ACPR, BaFin)
  

• Solvency II / Basel III knowledge is nice to have
  

• Knowledge of the financial market
  

• Implementation of the software experience
  

• A sound understanding of Financial Instruments including derivatives
  

• Fluency in English language + French or/ German intermediate
