Our requirements

• Graduate in time to start in September 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Have no more than 2 years of full-time professional experience
• Are fluent and confident in English
• Have a global mindset and strong cross-cultural awareness
• Are globally mobile, both during the 12-month programme and for your role afterwards
• Are curious, adaptable and eager to learn
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and connect with our values
• Show leadership potential, commitment and drive
• Bring relevant experience through internships, ideally in areas such as FMCG, Financial Services, Consulting or Engineering
• Have demonstrated outside your studies, for example through sports, student leadership, entrepreneurial projects or other extracurricular activities
