For our client, leading marine and engineering consultancy company, we are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager.

Main duties will include:

• Leading the Engineering Department as the local Manager, collaborating and executing the Polish strategy in accordance with the General Manager – Poland.
• Leading the delivery and growth of Engineering Services in Poland, ensuring effective implementation of the entity strategy, operational excellence and achievement of business objectives.
• Taking responsibility for selling and delivering high-quality, profitable Engineering services to internal and external clients, developing and maintaining key client relationships within Poland and expanding electrical design services outside of Poland.
• Leading complex, multi-disciplinary project execution and oversee the regional delivery of engineering services, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes and standardisation.
• Developing and leading competent, effective and motivated multi-disciplined engineering teams across the entity. 

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Naval Architecture, or another relevant engineering discipline, or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in the design, construction and assessment of marine structures, marine operations, or related engineering consultancy with a focus on electrical systems.
• Proven experience managing engineering projects from opportunity identification through successful delivery, including complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L performance and business delivery across multiple teams and locations. 
• Proven leadership experience developing and managing multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple locations. 
• Fluent English.
