Sales Representative III

Medtronic seeks a sales representative in Poland to sell surgical innovation products to hospitals and healthcare professionals. The role requires territory management in the Lublin area, account development, and coordination with internal teams to drive revenue and market share.

Responsibilities

• Sell full product range to assigned hospital accounts in lubelskie/mazowieckie region
• Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery
• Develop and present commercial offers to healthcare professionals
• Coordinate activities with surgical innovations team to maximize market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong business relationships to increase market share

Requirements

• University degree in technical, medical, biotechnical, or related field
• 1–2 years sales experience, preferably in medical devices
• Fluent English and Polish language skills, written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Computer literacy and customer-focused mindset
• Ethical sales approach and drive for results
• Surgical oncology expertise or similar background preferred
