As our new Flexera / Snow Software - Senior Technical Consultant you will support customers throughout the full lifecycle of Software Lifecycle Management solutions, from design and implementation to optimization and ongoing support. You will work with Snow Software and related technologies to deliver integrations, automation, migrations, and enhancements across customer environments. Working closely with customers, consultants, and engagement managers, you will contribute to the successful delivery and operation of SLM solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and plan SLM, ITAM, and ITSM solution architectures
• Lead Snow Software implementations, upgrades, and optimizations
• Develop integrations, interfaces, and automation solutions
• Support migrations, troubleshooting, and technical enhancements
• Monitor solution performance and data quality across customer environments
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to deliver successful customer outcomes
