About the project

We are looking for a AI Full-Stack Product Engineer to join a fast-growing company developing an AI-native enterprise platform.

The product enables companies to model their policies, workflows, and operational knowledge so that AI agents can reliably operate in complex business environments.

The platform is already used by well-known international enterprise customers, with tens of thousands of users and a strong focus on security, reliability, and enterprise integrations.

You will join a small, highly autonomous engineering team where developers have significant ownership and influence over the product. This role combines hands-on software engineering, product thinking, and AI-native development.

Your responsibilities

• Build and deliver end-to-end product features across frontend and backend.
• Develop high-quality user-facing experiences using React and TypeScript.
• Design and implement APIs, backend logic, and data flows.
• Translate ambiguous product requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.
• Work closely with Product and Design to shape and deliver new features.
• Take ownership of features from problem discovery through development, release, and production support.
• Improve product usability, performance, reliability, accessibility, and overall UX.
• Make sensible decisions around scope, architecture, and technical trade-offs.
• Instrument and monitor features to understand their behavior in production.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, security, and maintainability.
• Use AI development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and AI agents as part of your daily engineering workflow.
• Contribute to improving internal engineering tools, workflows, and development practices.

Our requirements

• Strong Mid/Senior-level experience building and shipping production web applications.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript or an equivalent modern web stack.
• Solid backend development experience, including designing and implementing APIs, business logic, and data flows.
• Experience with Node.js, Python, or both is a strong advantage.
• Strong product mindset and ability to identify unnecessary complexity and improve user experiences.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when requirements are incomplete or ambiguous.
• Experience taking ownership of features or product areas from concept to production.
• Good understanding of software architecture, testing, performance, and production quality.
• Security-conscious approach to software development, especially when working with sensitive data.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
• Practical experience using AI tools as part of everyday software development.
• Willingness to work from the Warsaw office.

• Experience building AI-powered products, such as:
• AI chat interfaces
• AI search
• recommendation systems

• Experience with Python and/or Node.js on the backend.
• Experience owning product areas with limited supervision.
• Strong knowledge of web performance and accessibility.
• Experience working with complex enterprise applications.
• Experience with observability, instrumentation, logs, traces, or developer tooling.
