About the project, In this role, you will support and optimise one of the world's leading warehouse management platforms used across global logistics operations. You will take ownership of complex production incidents, troubleshoot technical and functional issues, configure system enhancements, and work closely with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure stable and efficient warehouse operations., , This position combines application support, systems analysis, configuration, continuous improvement, and technical problem-solving within an international logistics IT environment., , The role is based in Warsaw and offers a hybrid working model., , As a WMS Expert, you will act as a technical and functional specialist for Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management System. You will support production environments, investigate complex incidents, analyse system behaviour, and contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse applications used across global operations., , Working closely with Operations, Business Analysts, Developers, and Infrastructure teams, you will ensure business continuity while identifying opportunities to optimise system performance and warehouse processes.

Your responsibilities, Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production incidents within Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS environments, Configure and support WMS functionality while implementing system improvements and enhancements, Perform MOCA debugging, log analysis, and technical investigations to identify root causes, Analyse SQL data, validate system behaviour, and support data corrections where required, Support integrations between WMS and connected business systems, Collaborate with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues, Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures, Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase application stability and warehouse performance

Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Blue Yonder (JDA / RedPrairie) WMS in a production (L2/L3) environment, Strong experience with WMS configuration, troubleshooting, incident management, and warehouse processes, Good knowledge of MOCA, SQL, relational databases, and log analysis, Experience supporting integrations between WMS and other enterprise applications, Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with fluent English
