About the project, As a Senior Manual Tester, you will be working for our client, a leader in online banking, focused on testing a critical BPMS platform supporting essential business processes. Your responsibilities, Plan and execute manual testing activities across various software development stages, ensuring comprehensive coverage., Design and maintain detailed test scenarios, cases, and test data aligned with business and technical requirements., Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing to validate system robustness., Conduct extensive API testing and verify system integrations to guarantee seamless data exchanges., Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide clear, actionable reports to development teams., Investigate issues collaboratively with developers and analysts to identify root causes and resolve defects efficiently., Verify fixes through regression testing and ensure overall system stability., Support continuous improvement initiatives by refining testing processes, standards, and practices.

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in manual software testing., Strong expertise in API testing, with tools such as Postman or similar., Hands-on experience testing web applications and complex business processes., Practical knowledge of AI-powered testing tools like Claude or Codex for analysis and process enhancement., Broad understanding of different testing types, including functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end., Ability to independently plan, organize, and execute testing activities., Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities., Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and business teams., Polish: good command, English: communicative level
