Senior Functional OMP Consultant

At Bluecrux, we support global clients in transforming their end-to-end supply chain planning through advanced technology and deep expertise. As a Senior Functional OMP Consultant , you contribute to end-to-end planning solutions for our international clients. You work closely with project teams on functional OMP implementations and translate complex supply chain challenges into robust, practical OMP solutions, together with our team of global specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to supply chain planning projects from design to implementation.
• Analyze and redesign planning processes (demand planning, supply planning, S&OP / IBP).
• Translate business needs into functional and technical OMP solutions.
• Configure, test and implement planning models in OMP.
• Collaborate with business teams to validate OMP solutions through unit testing, SIT and UAT.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and align with business, IT and data stakeholders.
• Support clients during go live and adoption phases.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, consulting or APS implementations.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with OMP (OPR/S&OP/DP modules).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
• Experience in client‑facing roles and project delivery.
• Analytical mindset combined with pragmatic problem‑solving skills.
• OMP certifications (user engagement or OPAL) and experience with OPAL programming language are a plus.
• Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid working model.
