Join a Global Beauty Brand and help create compelling content that inspires, engages, and influences consumers around the world.

We are looking for a talented and creative Global Copywriter (m/f) to develop impactful product and campaign communication across catalogue and digital channels.

In this role, you will transform product benefits, consumer insights, and commercial priorities into engaging content that strengthens brand perception and supports business growth.

Working closely with Creative, Category, Planning, and Global Marketing teams, you will play a key role in delivering clear, persuasive, and customer-focused communication across multiple international markets.

Your responsibilities

• Create compelling product, campaign, and editorial content for catalogue and digital channels.
• Transform product information, consumer insights, and business priorities into engaging and commercially effective communication.
• Develop messaging concepts and communication frameworks aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Ensure consistency of tone of voice and communication across all assigned projects.
• Adapt global communication materials to local market needs.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Category, Planning, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful customer communication.
• Proofread, review, and maintain high-quality content throughout the production process.
• Monitor consumer trends, market developments, and competitor communication to inspire relevant messaging.
• Support continuous improvement of content, workflows, and communication best practices.

Employer requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, marketing communication, or a similar role within an agency or in-house creative environment.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercially effective copywriting.
• Experience creating content across multiple channels and formats.
• Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and communication objectives.
• Experience working with digital communication and content.
• Passion for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to generate innovative communication ideas.
• Ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging, and persuasive messages.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.

Optional

• Experience within FMCG, beauty, fashion, retail, or direct-selling industries.
• Experience with catalogue-based communication and promotional campaigns.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
• Experience working with content management systems and digital asset libraries.
