DevOps Support Engineer (Freelance | Ad-hoc Support | Remote)

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for DevOps Support Engineer (Freelance | Ad-hoc Support | Remote).

 

Your duties will include: 

• Supporting the deployment and configuration of new open-source components
• Assisting with the expansion of containerized environments and infrastructure platforms
• Troubleshooting deployment and integration issues
• Supporting teams working with Kubernetes and OKD/OpenShift environments
• Providing technical guidance on infrastructure architecture and DevOps best practices
• Supporting automation and infrastructure configuration initiatives
• Participating in selected platform development and enhancement projects
• Supporting the client's ongoing technical initiatives related to infrastructure, deployments, and platform development
• Providing consulting and hands-on support to client teams during the implementation of technical solutions

 

Requirements that must be met:

• Commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
• Experience with OKD and/or OpenShift
• Good Linux administration skills
• Experience with Ansible
• Experience working with containerized environments
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Availability to provide support in a flexible engagement model, including afternoon hours and weekends (scope and schedule to be agreed individually)
• Ability to quickly engage in tasks requiring expert-level technical support
• Very good English and Polish
