Supply Chain Director

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Build, develop and lead Supply Chain teams (managers and specialists).
• Manage suppliers: local sourcing, supplier performance evaluation and development.
• Oversee production planning (MPS) and ensure effective execution.
• Ensure safe and cost‑efficient transportation, warehousing and material flow.
• Build long‑term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and QHSE, HSE & Sustainability standards.
• Drive Lean / Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize quality, lead time and cost across processes, systems and tools.
• Support time‑to‑market for new and improved products.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in Management, Economics, Logistics and Transport, Production Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Logistics.
• Proven experience at Manager or Director level in a production environment.
• Background in low volume / high mix manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, TQM, Operational Excellence and ERP systems (SAP).
• Excellent leadership, analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Strong business mindset and results orientation.
• Fluent in Polish and English; German is an asset.
