System Design Integrator (f/m)

Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to gather, agree and consolidate stakeholder’s needs
- Propose innovative systems and test rig’s architectures utilizing system engineering principles that meet internal customers (international team) challenges and provide optimum solutions
- Consider various scenarios in line with Design-to-Value principle and prepare scorecard in support of the decision making process
- Define interfaces between higher system and sub-systems
- Prepare Technical Requirements (TR) and Technical Needs Documents (TND) with the system (DOORS)
- Ensure that projects objectives are achieved within the time and budget
- Capitalize and develop relevant system integration procedures and best practices into SAEP R&D Knowledge Management System in preparation for future projects

To meet our commitments, the Engine Dynamics Team at Safran Aircraft Engines Poland R&D Center, is seeking a System Design Integrator.
Qualifications we are seeking:
➡️Language: English, B2
➡️Master’s degree in engineering
➡️Min. 3 years of previous relevant professional experience
➡️Teamwork, analytical thinking, self-motivation, ‘can-do’ attitude and decision-making skills
➡️General awareness of aircraft engine construction and operation, as well as their main systems, is expected
➡️In-depth understanding of systems integration, requirements management, compliance demonstration and related challenges
➡️Broad experience with cross-discipline engineering projects, including design, analysis, manufacturing, covering aspects such as aerodynamics, thermodynamics and mechanical requirements
➡️Ability to consolidate and convey complex technical ideas and information clearly and logically across a wide range of topics
➡️Ability to apply analytical and innovative thinking to solve technical problems and make balanced decisions that consider both technical and business aspects
➡️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment

SAFRAN AIRCRAFT ENGINES POLAND based in Sędziszów Małopolski is a leading leader in the aviation industry market and one of the most dynamically developing companies from the Aviation Valley. The factory, which has been operating since 2017 and employs over 300 people, produces turbine blades for the LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B engines.
In 2023, together with the French branch of Safran Aircraft Engines, a Research and Development Center was established in Rzeszów. Over 250 engineers will be employed here. In the newly established office, engineers will deal with various types of simulations relating to components of the entire aircraft engine.
