Java Architect - loyalty (f/m/x)

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in backend software development
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Java in large-scale enterprise applications and complex codebases
• Solid knowledge of Java, Spring/Spring Boot, object-oriented design principles, and clean code practices
• Experience with Java 17/21 and Docker
• Strong understanding of application architecture, performance optimization, and maintainability
• Experience with automated testing, including unit and integration tests
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
• Advanced level of Polish and English and residency in Poland
  Nice-to-have requirements
• Experience working with AWS Cloud or another major cloud provider

We are looking for a Java Architect to join a team working on a large-scale Java application for Germany's largest loyalty program. In this role, you will analyze business requirements and production issues to design robust and maintainable solutions within a complex enterprise monolith. You will own features end-to-end, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and other engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
