Your responsibilities, Lead the successful delivery of medium-sized technical projects focused on system integrations, automation, and application features within the Cybersecurity Education & Awareness domain., Utilize agile methodologies to plan, manage, and execute project solutions, mentoring teams and ensuring best practices., Collaborate closely with Programme Managers to ensure activities align with wider strategic objectives and governance standards., Identify, proactively manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact project delivery., Act as the primary point of contact for projects, providing regular status reports and updates to stakeholders., Contribute to the business transition and handover plans, ensuring project deliverables meet operational expectations before handoff to BAU.

At least 5 years of experience in delivering technical solutions within financial services, with a strong focus on data, automation, or cybersecurity projects., Hands-on experience with Power BI, Databricks, Azure, Entra, Anvil, or SAP SuccessFactors., Proven ability to deliver projects in complex organizational environments., Strong skills in requirements gathering, testing, and process documentation., Excellent planning, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities., Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms., Fluent English — excellent written and verbal communication skills., Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.

Optional, Certifications related to agile methodologies or security frameworks., Additional experience in vendor management or cross-functional team leadership.
