About the Role
We’re on an early lookout for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in bridging our product and go-to-market strategy. You’ll be the voice of the customer internally and the champion of our product externally, ensuring our features, positioning, and messaging resonate with the right audience at the right time.
This will be a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environment and who knows how to combine narrative, numbers, and execution .
Please note: This is a planned future hire, and we’re starting conversations early with strong candidates who are interested in joining us down the road. What You’ll Do
- Own the positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation of our platform and key product features
- Work closely with R&D, Sales, and Customer Success to translate capabilities into value propositions for different customer segments
- Craft compelling narratives and assets across the funnel: landing pages, emails, sales collateral, case studies, FAQs, onboarding flows
- Partner with the growth & performance team to launch go-to-market campaigns for new features and product updates
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to inform roadmap and messaging decisions
- Develop and maintain battle cards and playbooks for internal enablement
- Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, product adoption, and customer feedback loops
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing , ideally in a Marketplace's business model, MarTech , or AdTech company
- Strong ability to distill technical product details into clear, compelling messaging
- Experience working across teams: Product, Sales, Customer Success, Performance/Growth
- Comfort with analytics and using data to drive decision-making
- Applied experience with tools like Mixpanel , Segment , and Customer.io
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required)
- Hands-on attitude - you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and build from scratch
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, CMSs, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Pipedrive , or similar
