About the Role
The Workday Success Plans Team provides post Go‑Live support to customers, delivering programs ranging from feature demonstrations to full feature deployments. This role acts as a trusted Workday advisor, assisting customers with how‑to questions, troubleshooting configuration, and providing feature demonstrations and guidance to accelerate adoption.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct research to ensure understanding of customer questions and related Workday concepts.
- Deliver small‑scope consulting in response to customer requests; provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks.
- Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve or provide optimal configuration that meets business requirements.
- Communicate responses and value clearly and effectively to customers.
- Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars).
- Provide one‑on‑one consulting guidance to accelerate customer feature adoption (Feature Accelerator).
- Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
- Maintain product expertise and Workday Certifications, and stay familiar with the Workday roadmap.
- Keep up to date with industry practices and engage customers on those topics.
- Help drive the creation of new programs to drive customer feature adoption.
- Deliver additional advisory services, including:
- Office Hours – appointment‑based consulting engagements providing guidance and product expertise.
- Configuration and business requirements reviews with detailed deliverables highlighting optimization opportunities.
- One‑on‑one customer configuration designs.
- Deployments, including full deployment of Workday features.
- Travel up to 20% as required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT implementation experience.
- 3+ years of experience with learning systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.).
- 2+ years of software consulting experience.
Additional Qualifications
- Workday Certification or ability to certify in at least one of the following: Learning, Recruiting, Talent.
- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released.
- Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for customers.
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Strong critical‑thinking skills to analyze complex, technical process issues and influence decision‑making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- Additional languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
Compensation & Location
Primary Location: PolandBase Pay Range: zł166,500 PLN – zł249,700 PLN
