International Installation Supervisor

Your responsibilities

• As a hands-on working supervisor, you coordinate the installation of our poultry systems worldwide, guide local installation teams and ensure each project is completed correctly from start to finish.
• Lead and work alongside international installation teams, coordinating projects from start to finish.
• Share technical knowledge with dealers and customers on site.
• Carry out installation and service work in environments that are not always clean.
• Travel worldwide for assignments lasting several weeks, normally no longer than six consecutive weeks, with approximately 200 nights away from home per year.
• Provide practical feedback and advice to internal departments to improve products and maintain high quality standards.
• Maintain basic project administration, including updating issue lists and recording your own working hours and those of the installation team.

Our requirements

• Broad hands-on mechanical technical knowledge and practical skills; electrical knowledge is an advantage.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• A solution-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Confidence, independence and willingness to take the lead.
• A valid driving licence.
• Experience using Microsoft 365.
• Flexibility, sound judgement and logical thinking.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for extended periods.

Location of the workplace:

Location: Poland. The employee will be based in Poland and travel extensively to customer sites worldwide. The role will be managed from the Netherlands.
