Your responsibilities

• Building and analyzing advanced structural models using cutting-edge FEA tools such as Abaqus, HyperMesh, and ANSA
• Collaborating with Product Design engineers to optimize engine and powertrain components
• Conducting engineering analysis to solve complex technical challenges in powertrain systems
• Utilizing simulations to evaluate the performance and reliability of designs
• Exploring and questioning design methodologies to improve outcomes
• Communicating findings and recommendations effectively within an international team environment

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in simulation engineering or a related field
• Master’s degree or final-year student in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a similar field
• Strong understanding of mechanics and thermodynamics principles
• Passion for simulation and engineering analysis, with a keen interest in vehicle powertrain systems
• Familiarity with FEA tools such as Abaqus, Nastran, or Ansys, and pre-processors like HyperMesh or ANSA
• Advanced level of Polish and English
• Residency in Poland

Optional

• Experience in working with automotive powertrain technologies
• Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity to explore and improve designs

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Simulation Engineer to play a key role in shaping innovative internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric powertrain technologies from concept through to production. You will collaborate closely with experienced Product Design engineers to optimize and improve critical engine and powertrain components, working directly with leading global automotive brands on next-generation powertrain solutions. This remote position offers the opportunity to tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to impactful engineering analysis.
