RTR Team Leader (M/F/D)

Responsibilities:

• Managing and supporting a team of GL/R2R accountants,
• Coordinating daily operational activities within the General Ledger / Record to Report area,
• Monitoring team performance, workload, KPIs and service quality,
• Supporting month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities,
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and accounting standards,
• Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and business partners,
• Identifying process improvements and supporting standardization initiatives,
• Supporting team development, knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the R2R / GL accounting area,
• At least 1 year of experience in managing an independent team,
• Very good understanding of General Ledger / Record to Report processes,
• Experience in month-end and year-end closing activities,
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP,
• Very good command of English,
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills,
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic, international environment.
