About the project, As a Junior OpenText Specialist, you will support daily OpenText operations, incident handling, user support, and system maintenance while working closely with experienced specialists in international AMS environments., , This role is ideal for candidates who want to build their career in enterprise IT operations and application support., , For this particular customer setup, the support team operates within extended service hours between 04:00 and 17:00 CET. Therefore, readiness to work in shifts system within these hours is required.

Your responsibilities, ✅Support daily OpenText platform operations, ✅Assist in incident and service request handling, ✅Monitor application stability and system health, ✅Support user and access management activities, ✅Assist with workflow and document management tasks, ✅Support testing and deployment activities, ✅Create and maintain technical documentation, ✅Cooperate with AMS and support teams, ✅Escalate complex issues to senior specialists

Technical Background, , ✅Basic understanding of enterprise applications or document management systems, ✅Interest in OpenText technologies and enterprise IT operations, ✅Basic understanding of Windows environments, ✅Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support processes, ✅Basic SQL or OpenText knowledge is an advantage, , Qualifications, , ✅1–2 years of IT support or application support experience, ✅IT-related education or equivalent practical experience, ✅English communication skills at min. B2 level, ✅German language skills are considered an advantage, , Soft Skills, , ✅Willingness to learn and develop, ✅Team-oriented mindset, ✅Good communication skills, ✅Analytical thinking, ✅Structured and organized approach, ✅Customer-focused attitude
