Your responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities for our Air & Sea freight services through various methods, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a robust and sustainable sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Work closely with our operations, pricing, and customer service teams to create customized, cost-effective solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and service agreements tailored to each client's specific requirements.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
  • Represent FM Logistic at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services and build our brand presence.

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the freight forwarding industry, with a demonstrable track record of success in selling Air & Sea freight solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of Air & Sea freight operations, including Incoterms, customs procedures, global trade lanes, and key carrier relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal. You are a natural "hunter" for new business.
  • An established and transferable book of business or a strong network of contacts is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
