AI Adoption Manager

WhyHireWrong?

What this role is

Wakacje.pl has an AI strategy. It has a technical team that builds and maintains the tools. What it does not have is someone who makes the rest of the company actually use AI day to day.

That is this role.

You sit in the CEO Office. You own adoption across non-technical teams: sales, operations, support, product. You are not here to define strategy. You are here to make it land, spread, and stick. Your partner is the AI Enablement Lead in IT who handles the technical layer. Everything else is yours.

What you will do

You co-design and run AI training for people with no technical background. Workshops, playbooks, e-learning modules, role-specific learning paths. If someone walks out without a changed workflow, the training did not work.

You build and run an AI Ambassador Network across every business unit. You recruit the ambassadors, train them, give them materials, and build a rhythm that keeps adoption moving without you being in every room.

You own the company's AI Knowledge Hub on SharePoint. Prompt libraries, use-case galleries, how-to guides. You create and update everything in it. The measure of success is whether employees actually open it and find something useful.

You define what adoption looks like in numbers: usage frequency, workflow integration, productivity outcomes. You track these, report to leadership, and when adoption stalls somewhere you figure out why and fix it.

You keep AI visible across the organization through newsletters, demos, lunch-and-learns, and board briefings. The message is simple: AI is a standard work tool, not an experiment.

You work with department heads to design pilots, read the results, and decide what gets scaled. You also coordinate with IT, Legal, and Security to make sure everything stays policy-compliant.

What you need to have already done

You led or co-led a company-wide tool rollout or internal transformation program. Something like a Salesforce rollout, a CRM implementation, or a digital workplace migration. Not participated in. Led or co-led, with measurable results to talk about.

You have at least 5 years in change management, internal communications, L&D, consulting, or Developer Relations.

You have operated at C-suite or Board level. You have written executive briefings and presented to leadership. You know how to influence people who do not report to you.

You use generative AI tools every day. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot. You design workflows with them. You write prompts that produce real outputs. This is not something you picked up in a certification course.

You can define success metrics, track them, and explain them clearly to decision-makers who do not want to sit through a data lecture.

Your English is C1 or above. You will write company-wide materials and run executive briefings in English.

What will disqualify you immediately

You have never led a company-wide transformation or tool rollout.

Your background is primarily technical or coding-focused.

You have not used generative AI tools hands-on to build real workflows.

Your English is below C1.

What makes a strong candidate

You come from consulting at Big4, Accenture, or a large-scale environment like retail, banking, or telco. You have driven adoption programs at scale, with real organizational friction in the way.

Or you are a former Developer Advocate or DevRel professional who moved into business strategy and stakeholder management. You know how to build communities, create educational content, and now you can hold a conversation in a boardroom.

You have built and maintained internal communities of practice that actually stayed active.

You have owned SharePoint or M365 portals used by hundreds of people.

What this job actually feels like

Most people you will work with do not want to change how they work. That is the starting point. You will need to win them over with quick wins, visible results, and enough internal credibility that people come to you rather than tune you out.

Your success will not be measured by the number of sessions you ran or documents you created. It will be measured by whether people across Wakacje.pl work differently six months from now.
