About the project, Your role:, As an OpenShift Platform Engineer, you will design, implement and manage OpenShift clusters across various environments, ensuring their performance, scalability, security and reliability. You will support cloud and hybrid environments, build and automate CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to maintaining stable production operations., You will also help shape AI-ready platform capabilities by supporting containerized workloads, automation standards and platform patterns that can be used by modern application and AI-enabled delivery teams., Working with diverse and technically advanced solutions will allow you to build strong relationships with clients and continuously grow your expertise. You will be part of highly self-organizing, independent teams that operate in agile and lean engineering environments, fostering continuous improvement and innovation., , Your project:, Cloud & Custom Applications (C&CA) provides comprehensive end-to-end IT services from business specification, through software development and implementation, to application maintenance using leading IT technologies and management methods., We enthusiastically institute solutions in the fields of DevOps, SRE, broadly understood automation and AI, with a practical focus on improving delivery efficiency, quality and reliability.

Your responsibilities, Design, implement and manage OpenShift clusters across multiple environments., Monitor and maintain cloud and hybrid environments in production., Optimize the performance and scalability of cloud and platform environments., Ensure the quality, security and reliability of cloud and platform environments., Use AI-assisted engineering tools where they help streamline troubleshooting, configuration, documentation or platform automation tasks., Contribute to AI-ready platform patterns, including containerized workloads, automated provisioning and operational practices for teams using modern AI-enabled engineering workflows.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes., Practical knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift, including scaling, security and environment management., Ability to build and automate CI/CD pipelines, for example Jenkins or Git-based pipelines., Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP, and hybrid cloud environments., Strong Linux system administration skills and experience with automation tools such as Ansible., Proficiency in scripting and Infrastructure as Code, for example Python, Bash, Ansible or Terraform., Strong teamwork and version control practices, ideally supported by relevant platform, Kubernetes or OpenShift experience., Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, model-serving platforms or GPU-enabled workloads will be an advantage., German language skills will be an advantage.
