About the project, We’re looking for a Business Analyst who goes beyond gathering requirements — someone who takes real ownership of the solution and actively shapes how products are delivered., , This isn’t a typical BA role. You’ll operate at the intersection of business and delivery, working closely with stakeholders while staying close to backlog and execution. You won’t just collect input — you’ll help drive clarity, alignment, and real outcomes., , This role is a great fit for Business Analysts who naturally operate with a Product Owner mindset. Your responsibilities, Working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyse and define current business processes as well as requirements., Translating business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements., Creating detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions., Supporting backlog creation and maintenance., Ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner., Implementing effectively communicating plan, status, risks, and issues to the stakeholder in a precise and timely manner., Supporting users' participation in deployments and implementation activities. At least 6 years of prior experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally, in an international setup., Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills., Excellent stakeholder management skills., Data analysis skills: SQL and Databricks (at least basic level)., Very good interpersonal and communication skills., Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams., Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools., Being adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes., Prior experience working in Agile / Scrum teams., Fluent command of written and spoken English. Optional, Experience with AI / ML in the context of recommendation algorithms (with focus on suggested orders and order value optimization)., AI-enabled mindset — ability to leverage LLMs, agents and tooling to improve day-to-day work., Product Owner mindset and practical approach to ownership and decision-making., Assertiveness and ability to work effectively under pressure., Experience in the CPG Retail Sales will be a strong advantage.
