About the project, As a Customer Journey Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data related to customer IT journeys. Your work will turn operational and experience data into actionable insights that enable continuous service improvement and efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams to design dashboards, define key metrics, and implement data storytelling techniques to support smart, data-driven decisions across the organization., , Sounds like your kind of challenge?

Your responsibilities, Identify, gather, and integrate data from multiple sources, including IT systems, service desks, monitoring tools, and customer experience platforms, Define and maintain key performance metrics to track IT service journeys, Analyze user behavior across IT products and services to detect trends, pain points, and opportunities for optimization, Create insightful recommendations for operational and strategic improvements, Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations that present data in an accessible and compelling way, Support data-driven decision-making for service improvement initiatives, Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and automation of processes for consistency and high quality, Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization, Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools and data visualization (e.g., GCP Looker Studio), Knowledge of SQL and experience with data query optimization, Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Splunk, Automation-focused mindset, ideally with Python scripting proficiency, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach, Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders, Understanding of Agile methodologies and modern project frameworks

Optional, Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry data trends, Background in customer journey analytics or IT service performance measurement
