For our client, we are looking for candidates for the position of Customer Support Specialist with German.

In Customer Support you will be taking care of the customer’s needs by providing and delivering professional, high quality support and assistance before, during, and after the customer’s requirements are met. We are looking for a people person, full of patience, empathy and energy to join our Customer Support team.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English (B2) and German (C1) is a must
  • Desire to work in a result-driven start-up
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Empathy and positive attitude towards customers
  • Ability to work both independently and in a group
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Open mind and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Nice to have: previous experience in Customer Support and fluency in Polish

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
