Passionate about project management and analytics? Join our Project Controls team!

We are looking for young professionals eager to be involved in complex small and large-scale engineering projects, and able to demonstrate their keen problem-solving skills in developing practical solutions.  

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Participate in project set-up, progress analytics and review meetings;

• Assist in the preparation and development of documents and tools used for day-to-day project management, including schedules, budgets, change management, and reporting;

• Perform various project controls tasks in accordance with Hatch’s best practices and procedures;

• Have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and impactful projects in a dynamic environment; 

• Be encouraged to be the best version of yourself with many opportunities to pursue work in Mining & Metals, Energy, Digital, or Infrastructure sectors 

Minimum requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in science, in Engineering or a related field; (Masters Degrees will be an advantage.) 

• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience;

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders;

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency;

• Ability to work with minimal supervision;

• CV's submitted in English are preferred
