Culture & People Experience Partner — HR Change Agent

Ensono seeks a CPE Business Partner in Poland to advise management and associates on HR matters and drive country-specific HR initiatives. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition and the Senior CPE Support Specialist to optimize the employee experience and ensure alignment with business goals.

As a change agent, you will support leaders, manage complex HR activities, and mentor colleagues, while upholding Ensono's values and DE&I commitments.
