SAP HCM Consultant with SuccessFactors (f/m/x)

About the project, We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors to deliver impactful solutions that enhance human capital management processes. You will work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions while being part of a dynamic and supportive environment. The position offers flexibility with remote and hybrid work options. If you are passionate about optimizing HR processes through technology, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

Your responsibilities, Analyzing and understanding client requirements related to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, Designing and implementing SAP HCM solutions that meet client specifications, Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of SAP solutions, Providing training and support to clients on SAP HCM functionalities, Conducting system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance, Documenting processes and solutions for future reference and compliance, Staying updated with the latest SAP developments and best practices in HCM, Participating in project meetings and contributing to project planning and execution

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, Strong understanding of human capital management processes and best practices, Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP HCM solutions, Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members, Advanced level of English, Residency in Poland

Optional, Experience with additional SAP modules, Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools
