  • Lead transformation projects from problem definition and diagnostics through solution design, implementation planning, stakeholder alignment, and benefits realization.
  • Develop target operating models, governance frameworks, performance management structures, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Design KPI frameworks, SLAs, operational scorecards, and value realization approaches that enable effective decision-making and performance management.
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, automation, analytics, and AI-driven transformation.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, governance meetings, and strategic decision-making sessions.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, recommendations, business cases, and transformation updates for senior stakeholders.

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of professional experience in business transformation, finance transformation, management consulting, shared services, or related areas.
  • Experience in a client-facing consulting role within a leading consulting or professional services organization.
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives within multinational corporations, shared services centers, or Global Business Services organizations.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, operating models, governance, performance management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex matrix environments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

We Offer

  • Part-time employment (50% FTE / 20 hours per week).
  • A comprehensive benefits package: private medical care, additional life insurance, flexible benefits selection via the MyBenefit platform, support for employees and their families in challenging life situations, and much more.
