In this role, you will:
• Take ownership of indirect tax reporting and compliance for selected Lundbeck entities, ensuring accurate and timely VAT filings across multiple countries.
• Act as a VAT subject matter expert, partnering with Group Tax, Local Finance, external advisors, and other stakeholders to provide guidance on indirect tax matters.
• Drive the setup and implementation of new VAT product flows and support business initiatives with your tax expertise.
• Play a key role in maintaining data quality, strengthening internal controls, and mitigating tax risks across the organization.
• Participate in international projects, process improvements, and migrations, helping shape the future of our global finance operations.
• Act as a key contact during tax audits and reviews, ensuring smooth cooperation with tax authorities and external auditors.
• Mentor junior colleagues, share your expertise, and contribute to building a strong and collaborative tax team.

Your future team
Accounting to Reporting (A2R) is part of Lundbeck GBS Krakow, our global business services organization supporting Lundbeck operations worldwide. As our Senior VAT Specialist, you will join a dedicated Tax team consisting of 4 specialists, working closely together to ensure high-quality tax compliance and reporting across multiple countries.
Our requirements
What you bring to the team
• 5+ years of experience in tax, VAT, and/or accounting
• Hands-on experience with international VAT compliance and reporting
• Strong knowledge of VAT return preparation and indirect tax processes
• Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment
• Understanding of financial accounting principles and month-end processes
• Ability to interpret tax regulations and translate them into practical solutions
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, tax advisors, finance teams and Tax Authorities
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
• University degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fluent English (B2/C1 level or higher); additional European language skills are a plus

Annual base salary range: 149 Wyświetl numer telefonu na pracuj.pl PLN gross
