SAP Solution Architect (Manufacturing) | Poland

Who we are looking for

Are you an experienced SAP professional passionate about bridging manufacturing operations and digital solutions ? Deloitte’s Industry 4.0 team is expanding across Central Europe, helping leading manufacturing companies connect their shop floor to the cloud.

In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor to our clients , driving innovation, shaping digital strategies , and delivering scalable SAP DM solutions that connect machines, data, and people seamlessly. 

You won’t just be implementing systems - you’ll be defining how the next generation of smart factories operate.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of SAP experience , including 3+ in MES / MII / ME / manufacturing-related SAP projects.
• Experience integrating SAP solutions with shop-floor systems and IoT platforms.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete, process, or batch).
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, APIs (OData/REST), and hybrid system landscapes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Nice-to-have

• SAP DM or S/4HANA Digital Manufacturing certifications
• Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery.
• Exposure to large-scale, global SAP deployments.

Your future role

• Lead the design and architecture of SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions for global clients.
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable, future-proof system designs.
• Act as the bridge between business leaders, IT teams, and shop-floor experts.
• Define and deliver integration strategies with SAP S/4HANA , MES, IoT platforms, SCADA, and cloud systems.
• Create solution blueprints, technical roadmaps, and innovation proposals that set clients apart in their industry.
• Run workshops, run end to end delivery; guide RFI/RFP processes, and influence key stakeholders with your expertise.
• Provide hands-on leadership through testing, training, and go-live—ensuring successful outcomes from start to finish.
