Our Client for position - CEE Purchasing Manager – Food & CAPEX

Your responsibilities

• Work with suppliers in the EE region to source new products, including ingredients and packaging, liaising with the central office as required.
• Continuously seek out new suppliers in the EE region and sources of ingredients to support business growth.
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of ingredients and packaging as the business expands.
• Anticipate potential shortages or issues and collaborate with suppliers to resolve them promptly
• Identify and implement cost-effective solutions across food, packaging, service costs and investment-related purchasing.
• Maintain a smooth and efficient logistics process at all times.
• Work with local and central teams to develop successful new products that generate sales and profit for the business. Calculate food costs and assess product viability in conjunction with the central teams.
• Take responsibility for the procurement and coordination of the investment process, including cooperation with kiosk suppliers and other investment partners. Monitor project costs, timelines, supplier performance, and ensure that investments are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed budgets and business requirements.
• Monitor and challenge CAPEX costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure transparency and control throughout the investment process.
• Liaise closely with the central procurement team and local operational teams on all activities to ensure alignment, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Our requirements

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role within the food industry in the EE region.
• Experience in CAPEX procurement, or working with equipment/infrastructure suppliers would be a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for cost-saving opportunities.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers, projects, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with logistics, inventory management, and cost control.
• Advanced Excel skills and a high level of confidence working with data, cost calculations, budgets, and analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with both local and central teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
