We are seeking a skilled Murex Practice Delivery Lead to join our team
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience delivering Murex projects, programs, or workstreams within financial services organizations.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Murex MX.3, with a solid understanding of Front Office functionality and exposure to Back Office, Risk, Integration, and Datamart modules.
- Deep understanding of capital markets products and processes , including Rates, Credit, FX, Exchange-Traded Derivatives, and OTC products across the front-to-back lifecycle.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor organizations.
- Experience defining business and functional requirements, preparing project documentation, and translating business needs into effective Murex solutions.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to operate effectively in client-facing environments.
- Fluent English & Polish both written and spoken.
- A passion for mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the growth of a Murex delivery practice.
- Residence in the European Union.

Your future role
As a Murex Practice Delivery Lead , you will take ownership of the successful delivery of complex Murex implementation, upgrade, and transformation programs for leading financial institutions. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Beyond individual project execution, you will help shape and grow our Murex practice by promoting delivery best practices, supporting solution design discussions, and mentoring project teams. You will work closely with stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Technology functions to drive Front-to-Back transformation initiatives and maximize business value.
You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile capital markets transformation programs, collaborate with experienced Murex professionals, and play a key role in expanding our presence in the financial services technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Murex implementation, upgrade, migration, and integration initiatives across Front-to-Back functions.
- Establish and drive effective project governance, including planning, budgeting, risk management, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of business, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as a strategic advisor on Murex-related transformation initiatives and delivery approaches.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, target operating models, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead and develop a team of Murex consultants through mentoring, coaching, and capability-building initiatives.
- Contribute to the growth of Deloitte CE's Murex practice through knowledge sharing, delivery standards, recruitment support, and business development activities.
