Your responsibilities

• supporting identification of process weaknesses and automation potential with focus on finance related departments e.g. Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Actuarial Services, Risk Management etc.
• translating functional requirements into IT related specifications
• supporting the design and implementation of finance-related automation, e.g. using no- and low-code tools
• supporting projects related to implementation of initiatives for digitalization and automation
• collaborating with CFO finance divisions and the functional team in Germany
• reporting on progress and process efficiency along defined KPIs

Our requirements

• good knowledge of languages: English at min. C1 level and German at min. B2 level
• master's degree in economics or business informatics
• knowledge of IT (e.g. SAP/SAP S/4HANA), programming skills, and experience with no‑ and low‑code tools (e.g. MS Excel, MS Access, VBA, Power Automate, SS&C Blue Prism), combined with practical experience in designing and implementing IT solutions and in project management
• ability to analyse and communicate complex accounting issues, both orally and in writing, supported by strong analytical skills
• profound process management skills
• high level of commitment and strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a high degree of ownership for assigned tasks
