Senior Legal Counsel, Financial Partnerships & Regulation

Codex is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for Financial Partnerships & Regulatory to own the FP contracts lifecycle, reviewing and negotiating with payment providers, banking partners, and liquidity providers, and advising on regulatory implications of new products and cross-border structures.

This senior role requires autonomy, deep domain expertise in payments regulation, and experience across FP agreements in a fast-growing fintech environment.
