For our client, an international organization that is building a new Service & Excellence Hub in Krakow we are looking for a candidate for the Supply Chain Controlling Manager.

The Hub is a long term strategic investment and will become a central part of a newly established, independent company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply chain finance optimization, including streamlining, standarization and improvement of the controlling processes across inventory, logistics and warehousing.
• Management reporting such as delivering accurate, insightful reporting packages and business analyses supporting operational and strategic decisions.
• Participation in annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting for supply chain cost areas.
• Providing analyses and recommendations to maintain optimal inventory levels and improve working capital efficiency.
• Collaboration with business controllers and operational teams to related workflows.
• Performing relevant accounting and controlling activities during closing cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, including experiance in supply chain controlling in an international environment.
• Advanced analytical skills such as ability to work with large datasets, identify trends and build meaningful insights
• Professional certification will be considered an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity and ownership.
• Very good command of English.
